One can always dream- FFXIV Bard edition
Please consider only one of the suggestions.
Bard- suggestion 1
- Change name to "Sniper Stance", "Sentry Stance", or something like that
- Add 5% accuracy bonus
Bard- Suggestion 2
- No longer adds cast times
- Slightly increases movement speed of self
- No longer disables auto attack
- Reduces auto-attack delay by 20%
-Damage dealt by auto attacks increased by 20%
-No longer increases damage dealt overall by 30%
-Increases TP cost on all Weaponskills by 50%
Empyreal Arrows and Iron Jaws...
- No longer have cast times
- Subject to the TP cost increase
- oGCD now
- Still require Wanderer's Minuet
Bard- suggestion 3
Wanderer's Minuet's name is changed to "Frenzied Minuet" and becomes a temporary buff with a cooldown, where for the duration...
- Skill speed increases by 20%
- Damage dealt is increased by 30%
- Cast times are added for all Weaponskills
- Auto attacks are disabled
Accompanying this, Empyreal Arrow and Iron Jaws no longer require Wanderer's Minuet, but still have cast times on their own
With the auto-attack delay of most bows, if you spam the GCD Weaponskills fast enough, you can see two of them fire one after another without an auto-attack occuring in between.
The auto attack delay reduction would adjust a Bard's auto-attack to the level of a PLD sword (albeit slightly higher), which is fast enough to consistently occur once every GCD.
Then the damage dealt by the auto attack itself is buffed- using approximately i220 on a 60 dummy as an example, this would bump auto attack damage to mid 800's.
On top of that you are almost constantly firing Heavy Shots, which do somewhere in the neighbourhood of 900~1100 (again, approximately i220 on a 60 dummy).
Slightly less than 2k per GCD as a baseline without the stupid cast bar is awful (again, i220 on dummy)?
Finally, add Bloodletter, Empyreal Arrow, etc.

their physical body is still present, but unresponsive - to others, it's as if they're currently dozing in a very vivid daydream (this is proven in the original opening movie to FFXIV 1.0, where after Derplander snaps back to reality his elezen friend quips, "Look whose returned from his reverie!" - a 'reverie' is an archaic word for a daydream.
Final Fantasy XIV Gameplay lacking excitement?
While I haven't arrived at endgame yet and understand well that the early levels aren't as challenging so casuals can get into the game as well, in my book there's just NO challenge at all mid-game, at least as a DPS.
We need stuff like that SE
Okay so, I read the preliminary patch notes for 3.1, and for the most part they aren't bad, but I noticed a few things that appeared to be missing, that I know a lot of people have been asking about.
The main problem with this is the fact FFXIV is an online game
I've seen quite a few people mentioning FFIX's 'magic stone' ability system being added to FFXIV and although it was a simple system
FFXIV The absolutely best Level up a new job way is as follows
Always fill out the FATE, guildhest, ffxiv dungeon, and leve part of your challenge log, which should not be confused with your hunting log
Astrologian i'd just completely rework it
Raise trait should be removed for all healers and replaced for something actually useful.
